Jun 5, 2006 A hazy dark yellow beer with an off-white head. The aroma is caramelic on a slightly acidic background. The flavor is dry and clean malty combined with notes of caramel, but a bit on the light side.

Dec 1, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Hildigöltur. Pours a hazy, pale golden with a lively, white head. Fresh, malty nose with a vague acidity. Light body with vague, acidic notes and a very subdued bitterness. I suspect that this is slightly infected without being absolutely unpleasant. 201107

Nov 21, 2007 50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy yellow and with a dense white head. Aroma is slight citric and with a soft malt base. Flavour is slight acidic and mild malty. Finish holds a decent bitterness and a with mild acidity. Seems slight off.

May 2, 2008 Bottle, 4.9%. Bready aroma, turning sweetly and fruitily hoppy. Sparkling, clear dark golden colour. Big, stable white head. Mild flavour, quite malty, slightly sugary. Good aroma hop flavour.

Feb 8, 2003 Hazy gold, with puffy white head; herbal-grassy Hallertau aroma; herbal palate w/ baguette notes, and a crisper-than-expected hoppiness. Fairly full body. Malts come forth as it warms. Could be classed as either Hell or Landbier (hell should not be cloudy and this is very much naturtrub). On paper this doesn't look like much but damn if I don't want more of it - much more.

Oct 24, 2004 Hazy apple juice body with big off-white head (actually, it starts clear, but by the bottom of the bottle, it looks more like a murky apple cider). Aroma is herbal, light biscuit, honey. Taste is medium sweet, herbal bitter, honey, light lemon. Watery light-medium body that nevertheless has a decent tang. Very drinkable, good for a summery day.
