May 19, 2009 (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a fluffy and slightly off-white foamy head. Moderately sweet and slightly grainy malty aroma with a touch of herbal and lightly fruity hops. Light-bitter flavour, light bodied with a soft and well-matured carbonation. Soft malt-accentuation with a present herbal hops character; rather dry and moderately bitter and hoppy finish. Balanced and quaffable Helles (19.V.09).

Apr 24, 2009 bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear golden yellow colour, large white head. Hoppy nose. Malty with lovely hop flavours, very floral. Fruity touch. Smooth carbonation, lingering hoppy finish. Nearly as delicious as the unfiltered Hell at their Biergarten in Wolnzach...

Feb 12, 2009 Bottle (courtesy of joss!): A bit unclear, pale golden with a greenish sheen; mid-sized, quite stable, quite firm off-white head; sweetish grainy nose with a light herbal hoppy background; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied, smooth MF; sweet and soft finish with a light hoppy touch in the aftertaste. I guess my esteemed co-raters sampled an infected bottle - my example was quite right.........

Dec 7, 2008 Bottle. Light fruity and pretty buttery nose. Hazy golden, creamy head. A bit fruit,a hint hops, diacetyl-ladden. Medium to light body, mellow mouthfeel. Fairly bad bottle.

Mar 9, 2008 Thank you Masn/G2B.dk! BB is 2007 August 24, and I drink it 2008, January 19. It’s warm golden and the head is weak. The aroma has notes of malt, flower and the flavour has a light sweetness, notes of malt, flower, fruit, straw and the bitterness is low. It’s not ver exciting.
