Oct 31, 2008 Bottle. BB4 Jan 08. The biggest head I have seen on a Porter. LIght spiciness and a hiint at some roastiness. A bit sour which increases. Almost a Bourbon Barrel quality. A little thin and needs more roastiness.

Oct 18, 2008 An interesting beer. Thin head dissapates quickly, leaving a slightly oily sheen. Raisins, caramel, and a lactic sourness are present in the aroma and flavour. Plenty of complexity, but something I just don’t like. It was nicer on cask at the brewery. :)

Jul 17, 2008 POurs a dark brown, almost black. Medium head that lingers. Sweet, malty, esthery, roasty, dark fruit and bananas? reminiscent of a dunkel weissen. Bittery finsh. A peculiar taste for a porter.
