Dec 30, 2006 Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Copper colour Aroma of pears and hay. Dryish with well rounded caramelly malt character. Sweter finish with cranberries and salt. Solid and full flavoured.

dark amber, frothy dirty white head, sweet caramel malt aroma with light floral hops, smooth body, rich caramel malt flavor followed by a nice light bitterness that lingers into the finish, touch of sweetness comes and goes, as it warms the caramel just keeps getting richer and becomes the whole story with the bitterness fading into the background and providing a touch of balance

Feb 5, 2007 Cask gravity at White Cliffs BF 2007. Chestnut colour. Thin white head. Very good ESB. Goodish hop/malt/yeast aroma. Decent beer without being too exciting.

Jul 14, 2006 Cask. Dark amber colour with alittle foamy head. Aroma of berries and a little caramel. The taste is quite dry with raspberries, toffee and roasted flavours.

Sep 21, 2007 Lacy white cover tops the clearish amber. Extremely yeasty ale offering full on lightly sour flavours dominated by a strong stoney, dry, sandy bitterness. The finish is brutal, even showing some alcohol notes, but the aroma is pleasant, almost funky, estery. Really full-bodied. Original and impressive, but perhaps unpolished and certainly not very balanced. Still, I dig Burton Birdge’s yeast character.
