Jan 10, 2007 Very pale gold, small, but fine and persistant layer of off-white. Farmy, mildly sulfur aroma, a little bit of berries. Light, really dry body, which is very pleasant and refreshing. Fresh hop flavor, toasty finish, with a touch of lingering berries. Nice little beer. Just smells a little odd.

Sep 1, 2006 Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Mid gold with a small head. Appealing sweet violet aroma. Rather creamy, buttery taste with some malt and apples. Interesting grassy aftertaste with very late bitterness. I liked this.

Pale yellow.golden, small white head. Flowery hoppy nose. Earthy, yeasty, medium-body. Slight bitterness, not really hoppy bitterness but alcoholic, which makes palate quite unbalanced. Good hoppy aftertaste, but otherwise quite bland. Maybe not in top condition - yet.

Jul 29, 2006 Cask @ The Wharf, Aalborg, DK. Poured golden with a white-greyish head. Hoppy apple aroma. Flavour is hoppy and bitter with notes of apple. Long lingering bitterness in the finish which is slightly dry and has a faint sour touch. 28-07-06.

Jun 28, 2006 [Cask at Charlies Bar, Copenhagen] A hazy light yellow beer with a bubbly beige head. The aroma is yeasty and fruity with a slight note of diacethyl, but not too much. The flavor is very fresh with notes of green apples on a light malty back ground. A very easily drinable session beer - though without a lot of character.
