Nov 11, 2007 A light corny aroma. Very pale gold with a substantial white head. Near medium body with fizzy/creamy carbonation. Flavor is very pale malt. Finishes with virtually no hop and something of a papery taste. After awhile some bitter does seem to come forth, but not much.

Nov 9, 2007 Light yellow in color, small thin white head that fades quickly. Light sweet off smelling corn aroma with a geriatric little hop. As expected it is thin on the palate with a grainy watery, slightly sweet finish but packs a little whollop.

Nov 3, 2007 I would rate it lower if I could. Immitation beer at its finest, and a wonderful example of capitalism in action, that is, making the cheapest product possible and selling for highest price market will allow. Acquisition wholesale cost = 25 cents, sells for $2.50 and up at restaurants. Calling this thing beer is disrepectful to the word, and the entire concept of the tradition.

Oct 12, 2007 Had this in a 24 oz. can. Maybe it wasn’t cold enough, but the flavor was actively bad. It gave me a buzz, though. If you ever drink this, have it as cold as possible to keep that flavor from rearing its ugly head.

Oct 7, 2007 10/5/07 From 24oz can. Aroma is sweet, crisp and corny as hell. Appearance is very yellow with a low white head. Flavor is simple and artificial with rice, corn and some kind of slightly earthy hop extract. This is weird and carbonic and I presume left me slightly sterile. Mouthfeel is light bodied, watery, spritzy, with a high carb texture. Overall, this is drinkable, but has such low character, I really wish it was a 12oz can so I could finish it twice as fast. It’s like watching masterpiece theater reruns with a bottle of wild turkey in your lap; bland and white trash all at the same time.

Oct 2, 2007 Imagine the flavorless busch light. Now take that, and throw in more alcohol. That’s all you are getting with this beer. Buy this or any other ’ice’ beer for similar tastes and similar effects - get drunk quicker for less money.
