I would rate it lower if I could. Immitation beer at its finest, and a wonderful example of capitalism in action, that is, making the cheapest product possible and selling for highest price market will allow. Acquisition wholesale cost = 25 cents, sells for $2.50 and up at restaurants. Calling this thing beer is disrepectful to the word, and the entire concept of the tradition.

Nov 19, 2009 Can. You know this wasn’t as bad as I would have originally thought. It pours a rather deep, sickly urine color with a rather dense white head that has very little retention and no lacing. Aroma is big corn, esters, formaldihyde, some vegetal notes. Big seltzer mouthfeel with a slightly creamy body. Taste is pretty much typical macro lager but has a bit more depth. At 6.7%, it’s not quite a malt liquor or full ice beer, which is probably why it is overall inoffensive. Not bad. I was terrified to try it but now I’m a firm believer.

Aug 18, 2009 Ugh...I’ve gone on a cheap beer kick and this is awful. Barely any aroma. What was there was mostly metal. Pour was a medium gold with not many bubbles and no head. Taste was nasty. Lightly carbonated corn water with no aftertaste. Near syrupy which isn’t good for a pale lager. Blah. No wonder the 8 pack was only 7 dollars. Less than a dollar a beer is nature’s warning side.

Aug 15, 2009 Oh my word... I’m not a big fan of ice beers, but this is far from one of the best (though that’s like picking the shiniest turd).

Aug 4, 2009 Busch Ice (not available in Louisiana) is a pleasant ice beer. The aroma is rather neutral, and the appearance is a decent straw color; pretty standard. It has a nice, if mild, flavor, and a good, mildly spiced mouth feel. My overall impression is that Busch Ice holds its own against others of its ilk. The above-average alcohol content gives the drinker that particular feeling after wards (drank a 24 oz. can in a chalice).

Jul 22, 2009 Unreal I found this, but my ticking ass scooped it up! Smells like expired corn and gasoline. The flavor is not that offensive, well its not good. Lots of cereal grains, corn, and booze going on. This might even be a tad better than Icehouse and certainly beats Natty Ice. But what compare turds? 3 points of interest.....1)Still sucks 2)will get you wasted 3)Less rubbing alcohol burn than Natty Ice or Beast Ice for the same coin. Take that for what its worth. Overall still sucks!

Jul 13, 2009 For the price, highest alcohol content in class. Therefore, it achieves exactly what it is meant to do. Like every other ’Ice’ beer, this doesn’t go down as smooth as other cheapies.
