Feb 21, 2009 Delilahs Vintage Tasting. Cloudy medium orange body. The aroma has alcohol and cherries. Also, oranges, apples and perfume. The taste has sweet apples, honey and a dry white wine finish. The alcohol is everpresent. Nicely done, but I wonder about the price for this beer.

Feb 16, 2009 Updated: Feb 18, 2009Hazy golden color with lots of little floaties. Complex aromas of wood, fruit spice and light caramel and raisin. Flavor is strong with dried fruit, carmel, sweet malt, and oak. Very good.

Feb 11, 2009 Bottle shared by bitbucket. Thanks Bob! Dusty caramel malts, ripe fruits, and some woody notes in the nose. Pours a golden tone with a nice head and sticky lacing. Sweet and bready, with toasted notes, ripe fruits, a little dusty straw. Huge champagne like carb, noticeable alcohol.

Orange brown, amber cream, champagne bubbles.
Fairly nutty, leather, straw, fairly wooden, a bit port, mango.
Medium sparkly body, fat mouthfeel
rich brew.

Feb 8, 2009 Cloudy amber coloured beer with lots of sediment. Quite sweet in the nose. The flavour is very sweet and alcoholic. Not my kind of beer, but not bad at all. However you can really taste the 13% ABV. Something to drink on a cold winter night. (Corked Bottle 75cl)

Feb 8, 2009 Bottle. Orange color. Complex smell with hints of whiskey, raisins, orange and butter. Spicy complex taste. Fruit, malted barley. butter. I’m sure this is a good brew, but I personally dont like this kind of sweet buttery flavors.

Jan 26, 2009 Bouteille 750 ml, avec bouchon de liège, obtenue via Importations Privées Bièropholie. Arôme: Odeur d’épices avec une pointe d’alcool légèrement fruitée. Apparence: La couleur est ambrée voilée. Présence d’un énorme col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Léger goût de malt, d’alcool et d’épices avec une pointe fruitée. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement onctueuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût légèrement fruité. (Rating #2156)
