Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
By far our most popular ale. An aroma of pale malt and hops introduces you to a beautifully hoppy bitter beer, despite the predominant hop character, malt is also evident, fresh and clean tasting.

Cask@GBBF 2009. Clear amber color, small white head. Hops, which smell like a glue, in the nose. Flavor has toffee, apples and then some fruity hops in the finish. Fruity mess, a bit odd flavor for a bitter.

Cask@GBBF2009. Orangeish ambery colour, small white head. Aroma is peach, some earth, quite big on the bready and rather sweetish malts as well. Flavour is very much the same. Grassy dry finish.

Gravity, The Crown Xmas Fest, Nuneaton. Dull gold with no head. Butter, corn and sultana notes. Bit sicky and homebrewish at first but grew on me with some nice aged woody tones.

[On gravity cask at beer festival at The Retreat, Reading] Mid brown coloured. Deep malty, yeasty, earthy, almost eggy homebrew flavours which somehow made me feel slightly ill and reminded me of Wells Bombadier. Really didn’t enjoy this one, but I can see that some might.
