Aroma is medium sweet, lemon, banana. Taste is medium sweet, herbal, light banana, lemon -- moderately hoppy. Crisp light body with some acidity. Seems like a good fit for a hot summer day. hopscotch (5531), Vero Beach, Florida, USA

It’s unlike any wheat beer I’ve tasted. I think it’s about 65% wheat malt and 35% barley malt. Nice aroma, but not spicy or fruity like most wheats. Very floral. Hopped like a pale ale or mild IPA. Wheat ale? Interesting and delicious. HOPHEADS, this is your wheat beer. Cornfield (4972), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 23, 2006 According to the descriptions, this has aspirations towards being a hefeweizen. In reality, it’s a mediocre American wheat, clear golden in body with a modest white head. It smells of Wheaties witha very slight hint of banana and a light zest of lemon tartness. The wheat remains in the flavor and the banana is lost. The lemon zest turns into a bitterness that lasts into the finish.

Aroma of bananas and tangerines with a light yeasty splice. Sweet malt flavor with banana going from the middle to the finish. Bitter dry finish. BeerandBlues2 (3230), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 10, 2003 Its label touts it as an "unfiltered wheat beer", though I struggled to find the wheat notes. Hazy, yellow-orange hue to this brew. Nice flavor, although slightly watery and a soft carbonation. Not a bad interpretation of a German Hefe-Weizen. PorterPounder (3148), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

Pours a murky, medium golden with a thick bubbly white head. Odd aroma, not unpleasant, brief band-aids, some nectarine fruitiness. Crisp flavor with some faint estery notes, brief bitter hopiness and so\me doughy maltiness. Runs the gamut, but does not excel lin any. Thick enough mouthfeel. Not a bad American wheat, not one of my more sought out styles. austinpowers (2828), New York, New York, USA
