| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 25, 2005 Dark gold, thin foamy head. fruity, grainy aroma, with slightly lemony, grapey flavor. Notes of pepper and maybe some rye, perhaps. Finshes breasy, toasty. Maybe. Kind of difficult to get much out of this one. envane (251), Evanston, Illinois, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 9, 2005 Not an APA, just a golden ale , since its focus is on the malts. Which are very nice with apple and honeyish flavours. Good palate. A nice balanced west-coast beer. haddon90 (1036), Alexandria, Virginia, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Sep 24, 2003 A deep yellow color. Wouldn't think this was a pale ale. Not much of an aroma and ho hops from the taste. Kind of boring actually. Don't expect much from this beer. GreatStelle (360), Chico, California, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Sep 23, 2003 Bottle. Very light for a Pale ale. This beer lacks Hops and malts to be a good pale. However it does drink crisp and clean. A good alternative to american lagers. It's got more flavor than lagers but drinks light for a pale. Aurelius (2647), Tallahassee, Florida, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 8, 2003 Nice rich aroma, but that's the highlight for this beer. Lame label, supercarbonated. Too fizzy. Better as it warms, getting some caramel. Shag (1923), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 4, 2003 Appearance is a cloudy yellow with little head but good lacing. Aroma is citrusy mainly oranges. Flavor is slightly hoppy with some grapefruit and oranges present. Light bodied. Decent for a summer beer but it doesn't hold a candle to many APA's Ive had.
