Commercial Description:
Gently hopped for a smooth finish, out Gold Ale is a refreshing, full flavored extra pale ale. A unique blend of Munich malts adds to it's rich golden color. It's full body and light finish appeal to a wide range of consumers.

Initial malty aroma, not overly hoppy for an APA. Later, a grapefruit nose comes through from "lots" of American hops. Grapefruit comes through in the flavor as well but with pretty low astringency. Malt flavors are subdued but still present. I disagree with some of the raters that its too bitter but I do think it's got too many flavor hops. The grapefruit extends even to the aftertaste.

Decent colour, not better than any other APA i've ever had...fairly light in colour compared to those. Decent taste, but not much of an APA...more of a normal ale.

I got some apple in the malts, but that was quickly destroyed by the one note bitterness of the hops. This was good with pizza. Alone, it would get on my nerves.

A overly bitter ale that held little appeal for me. Less hops is better really. It makes your tongue tingle less.

Seemed a little heavy on the hops. I really didn’t think it was all that great. It should be bronze all or fourth place ale, cause it is not worthy of a gold.

lace really sticks to the glass on my bottle...nice golden color....i pickup on a slight roasty aroma, and a buttery taste...the only thing that hurts this is that it is a little lighter bodied than i’d prefer

Hazy gold. Light white head. Aroma of hay and apple cider. Light body. Tastes of apple cider (I shit you not) grass and some butterscotch. Lightly bitter hops with a noticeable organic quality to the brew.
