Cloudy golden color with a decent white head. A little thin for my liking but still crisp and refreshing. Subtle yeast and citrus flavors. Faint spice aromas with some lemon in there as well. Everything is just a little sparse with this one. Sparse flavors, sparse aromas, sparse body. You get the idea.

Poured a opaque copper color, with a quick diminishing head. Faint hints of wheat, spices. Very light and not a lot of carbonation. Not balanced very well.

It poured a light hazy yellow. Little carbonation and flavor.The palate is thin and watery. At first it comes across spicy then mellows out. I expected more from the description. It was very watered down.

Pours cloudy pale yellow with a fast falling thin white head. I’m just not impressed by this, lacks german hefe character like they claim, no clove or banana esters. The palate is thin and watery. Slight sour note in the finish. Lemon tasting finish with a long wheat flavor. Not even close the the description.

22 oz bomber. Poured a light hazy yellow with no "thick, creamy, white head" to be seen. Spicy aroma with hints of banana, slightly fruity. Flavor of clove and a bit bready and well, nothing much else. There is an interesting long bitter finish that I don’t expect in my wheat beers. Overall, pretty weak and very watered down.

Bottle. (22oz Bomber) The pour is bright lemon and slightly hazy. There isn’t a whole lot of head to it. The aroma is of lemon, pineapple, grapefruit, banana, and green apple. As the brew hits the tongue, you get the blast of citrus. Lemon and grapefruit seems to be pretty dominant. As the brew passes the tongue, it instantly becomes a bread-y dry. There’s also a weird bitter finish that seems a little misplaced. As the beer warms, the banana flavours seem to become slightly more evident. Overall, the aroma is nice but the flavour is pretty subdued. This is an okay Hefe-Weiss. It’s just okay.

Bottle: Pours a pale yellow straw, slightly hazy but so thin that you can see through it anyway. No real head. Aroma of some bananaand clove. Flavor is weak as hell, barely any of the typical whear bready goodness, plenty of clove, barely noticeable banana phenols. thin and watery. Pretty fucking bad.

Filled a glass with a straw yellow pale clouded body. No head after a moment. Rich grainy textures with the characteristic Bavarian banana notes. Bready and wholesome. Finished nicely and quite smooth. This beer crushes Widmer’s hefe.
