On tap at OBriens during their Wet Hop Festival weekend. Backlogged rating. Sappy wet hop aroma with spicy grapefruit flavors. Slightly unbalanced spiciness on the finish.

Bomber from Bottle Barn. Reddish copper color with a creamy beige head. Aroma of fruity hop over caramel malt. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is slightly citrus hop over lightly roasted malt. Finishes nicely bitter. Very satisfying.

Bomber picked up at Whole Foods Market, San Diego. Nice deep amber/ruby in color upon pouring. Not much foam. Aroma is pretty balanced with some rich maltiness and a nice hop character. Flavor is highly bitter with a fair amount of malts. Bitter finish as well. Kind of reminds me of a really beefed up amber. Solid.

22oz bottle. Pours dark amber with a small, offwhite head, specks of lace. Smells caramelly malty with a side of earthy hops and slight citrus. Tastes earthy and resiny with a bit of metallic flavor and and nice backbone of caramelly malt flavor. Medium body, good carbonation.

Tap @ O’Brien’s. Pours a clear deep gold with a slight orange hue. Nose of citrus and some earthy undertones. Flavor was much of the same with some cereal grains, not bad.

Started the night off at the O’Briens Wet Hop Festival with this one. Pours clear gold with a medium white head. Clean, fresh floral aroma. More freshness in the taste. Light caramel malt (always nice when it doesn’t go overboard) blended well with the bittersweet of the centennial hops. Great start to the night.

Tap; Amber/orange in color. Off white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus and flowers. Flavor of toasted caramel, with some earthy hop bitterness. Hint of sweetness; a tad watery, but not big deal.
