Commercial Description:
This wonderful Holiday ale will bring a smile to your face and warm spot in your tummy. Brewed with 2 row, Caramel, Victory and Chocolate malts then perfectly balanced with Magnum, Mt. Hood and Chinook hops to render a slightly sweet, amber colored English Style Ale witha an 8.1% ABV. Perfect for that long winter night in front of a roaring fire and good friends. Cheers!

Bomber. Pours a light reddish beige. Aroma is slightly spiced, overall sweet. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, with a smooth carbonation. Flavor’s are all fairly mild, but blend well...consisting of a light spice, mildly dark and sweet malt, and a gentle hop bitter note near the finish. It’s not over the top, but it’s well done, and perhaps a bit too balanced.

Brown ale type aromas plus a hint of evergreen. Great mahogany color with a beige head that flattened and ringed quite quickly. Full bodied with creamy carbonation. Chewy carbonation. Flavor is evergreen with sweet malt and chocolate. Finish is more sweet than dry, but the evergreen hop tends to balance it. It’s a really good ale, and it is very pleasing.
