Bomber. Pours a light reddish beige. Aroma is slightly spiced, overall sweet. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, with a smooth carbonation. Flavor’s are all fairly mild, but blend well...consisting of a light spice, mildly dark and sweet malt, and a gentle hop bitter note near the finish. It’s not over the top, but it’s well done, and perhaps a bit too balanced.

Mar 21, 2008 Brown ale type aromas plus a hint of evergreen. Great mahogany color with a beige head that flattened and ringed quite quickly. Full bodied with creamy carbonation. Chewy carbonation. Flavor is evergreen with sweet malt and chocolate. Finish is more sweet than dry, but the evergreen hop tends to balance it. It’s a really good ale, and it is very pleasing.
