Mar 25, 2007 This had a sweet,honey aroma with flowers.Color was a good amber.Head good.Palate was good.This is a good Ipa,but not a great IPA.This has a sweet,honey undertone.It’s a bit overbearing in it’s earthy body.Was somewhat hard to drink because it was too overbearing.Not a pleasant drink as hinted by the sweet honey aroma.Not a bad beer,but NOT one of the best.Average IPA,but still way better than the cheap commercial beers,like Miller’s,Coors,Heinikan,Corona,Bud,Schitz,etc.

Mar 7, 2007 Bottle. Pours a lightly hazy copper with a thin white head. Aroma of fruit, nuts and herbal hops. Medium body and carbonation. Nutty caramel taste with a grassy hop finish.

Jan 13, 2007 Bottle. Pours hazy brass color with off-white head. The aroma is very grassy with some general malt tones and a hint of DMS. The flavor is, erm, compost... very very botanical. Some DMS is present as well. Dry, grassy hop finish. This is drinkable, but that’s about all I can say for it.

Dec 23, 2006 I sometimes wonder if the problem with organic beers is getting them fresh and properly cared for. This bottle seemed a bit past its prime. Poured cloudy gold with small head, adn almost no lacing. Nose is malts and fruit. Little yeasty. Flavor was of camel and mild spic hops. Drinkable, but far frm outstanding.

Dec 21, 2006 NIce aroma of malt and hop. More malt than hop. Amber color with white head. Something of a herbal grassy start. Then some malt comes along, followed by some hops that decently balance the whole thing.

Oct 27, 2006 Pours cloudy amber color, aroma of grass. lots of hay in the flavor, bad cheap oale ale finish. The only thing i can really say is that this beer is that it had more body than i excpected. But other than that, its pretty bad.

Oct 24, 2006 Definitely tastes a little burned, almost a heavy feel. It looks good, nice amber color. Just not my favorite.
