Fruity orange and apricot nose, some musty yeast; earthy hopping and a bitterish finish; bready, toasted malts; sour, strange flavor

Bottle poured a nice amber with a good white head and lacing. Sweet malty aroma and flavor. Average.

Perhaps this organic beer is a little inconsistent from bottle to bottle. I rarely disagree so strongly with a beer’s average score. Pours a clear amber color with a thin white head. Aroma is malty with a hint of prune. Malty flavor with a hint of yeasty bread and fruit. I thoroughly enjoy this beer.

bottle. Props on being completely organic, but other than that this beer was pretty un-exceptional...watery...kinda like a mass market english ale.

Bottle. Dark Orange, big frothy white head. Thinnish mouthfeel, but not watery. Strange fruity/grainy taste, not uncommon with some other organic type beers I have tried. Slight bitterness and a strange citrus aftertaste. Interesting, but nothing I would want to try again.

Amber/Gold body, medium sized bubbled white head. Aromas of tart citrus and hops. Tastes of hop bitterness, citrus, yeasts, and bread. Thin, but not as watery as what I have read from other raters. Nice lacing.

clear caramel ruby coloring with a thin moderately lacey white head, malty cherry nose, tart flavor with a nice hop bite, slightly roasty finish, well balanced but a little thin in the palate, gets an extra point for being heady

Slight reddish golden amber body. Decent lacing from the fizzy white head. Aroma reminds me of a sandwich with a ton of those little alfalfa sprout things. Has a little bit of dry caramelly malt in there too. Taste has a raw and slightly bland hop bite to it. It isn’t "harsh", just raw. Its a bit like rye bread to, with slight citrus notes. Its actually quite interesting, just not overwhelmingly good. Afterwards I feel like I need to spit out the hay I just ate.
