Amber orange in color. Fairly chewy with rich maltiness. Lots of pine andlemons in te flavor with twangy finish. Better than I expected. Arayaga2 (968), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 29, 2006 Honey colored with big tan head, this product has a faint hoppy aroma, which despite its lack of presence is fairly nice. Taste is deeply bitter like oversteeped tea, but it’s not bad. In any case, probably better than most of the "organic" beers I have had. $2.25/12oz jcwattsrugger (5333), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 24, 2006 Medium amber, nice head faded slowly. Aroma of caramel and slight roast, no real hop character coming through on the nose. Flavor is enjoyable, although not traditional. A bit sweet, lots of caramel with a distinct roast note. Hops are earthy on the finish, with a faint hint of spiciness. Not bad, better than the scores indicate. CigarsLoveBeer (153), Illinois, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Dec 22, 2006 Bottle: Fine, tan head, clear amber body. Pine aroma, not much else. Soft water, metalic tart, and sweet hops at first taste. Very dry, spicy hop finish, medium in stength, Watery body. Radom bready-ness in the finish, with some lingering bitterness. Just too thin and too watery for my tastes. ehhdayton (1113), USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Dec 3, 2006 12 oz bottle from City Market in Burlington, VT (October 2006) consumed at cellar temperature from a Chouffe tulip glass. Very clear amber-copper with a big chunky-rocky off-white head that falls disjointedly leaving thick chunks of foam clinging to the glass...sweet aroma, caramel-apple, apricot and light sweet oranges, simple but appelaing enough....fairly sugary, lightly alcoholic body, hops are totally muted at first and the mouthfeel is really sticky but the bitterness does come on strongly and there’s a nice zest to it past midpalate....moderate carbonation, rather filtered and somewhat thin, with a faintly chalky, dry and dull finish. Not undrinkable certainly but pretty damn ordinary IPA. madsberg (4965), Søborg, Denmark
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 30, 2006 Bottled. Orange coloured. Unclear. Beige head. Sweet and flowery aroma. Has some light sweetness. Flavour is quite hoppy. Sharp herbal and a very light fruitsweetness, that hardly can stand up to the hops. Medium bodied. Has a light soapy herbal bitterness in the end.
