Very clear amber-copper with a big chunky-rocky off-white head that falls disjointedly leaving thick chunks of foam clinging to the glass...sweet aroma, caramel-apple, apricot and light sweet oranges, simple but appelaing enough....fairly sugary, lightly alcoholic body, hops are totally muted at first and the mouthfeel is really sticky but the bitterness does come on strongly and there’s a nice zest to it past midpalate....moderate carbonation, rather filtered and somewhat thin, with a faintly chalky, dry and dull finish. Not undrinkable certainly but pretty damn ordinary IPA. madsberg (5057), Søborg, Denmark
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 30, 2006 Bottled. Orange coloured. Unclear. Beige head. Sweet and flowery aroma. Has some light sweetness. Flavour is quite hoppy. Sharp herbal and a very light fruitsweetness, that hardly can stand up to the hops. Medium bodied. Has a light soapy herbal bitterness in the end. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 30, 2006 A hazy orange beer with a dense orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with light hoppy notes - light for being an American IPA, and a bit of caramel, leading to a very bitter and dry end. Hildigöltur (5109), København, Denmark

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 18, 2006 This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized tan colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a hazy typically carbonated light orange brown colored body. The nice aroma was hoppy. The crisp mouth feel was very tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of hops and mild caramel. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again. dwyerpg (2545), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 15, 2006 Kind of an odd caffeinated aroma. Taste is too malty up front and kind of throughout, but it has some nice hops in the end. Pretty good. HumuloneRed (750), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Nov 4, 2006 12 oz. Bottle. Pours clear orange with a white foamy head and sticky lacing. The nose has a lot of malt with some green grass, pine, and earth tones. The flavor is balanced between the sweetness of the malt and the pine flavor and bitterness of the hops with a lingering bitterness that sticks to your tongue. It is well-made beer. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Nov 2, 2006 22oz bomber. Clear copper color with tan head. There is a light aroma with pine hops and malts. Flavor has a mix of sweetness and bitterness. Not sure if the mixture works for me. Pine hop bitterness with a touch of grapefruit. The malts jump out as really sweet. Nearly sugar sweet. Not really fruity or roasted or caramel like. Yet another Organic beer fails to deliver for me.
