Fruity aroma with some hops, but something is slightly off. Copper in color with small particalia. Mostly dissipating head. Very nice lace and beautiful copper color. Peppery hops; a little thin and tinny. Could be a little sweeter and more full bodied. Not bad but clearly not up to snuff with the top IPAs as evidenced by it’s 24.8 style percentile.

My first IPA. Dark orange in color, hazy with small particles. Very small head which pretty much went away. It starts slightly acidic, almost salty, finishing dry, bitter and metallic. I liked the hoppy flavor but I’m not used to the metallic finish.

A weak nose that is a little grainy. A honey colored beer with a thin layer of head. A toned down IPA and certainly a organic natural beer. Flavor is mildly hoppy and touch of citrus. Some nectar or honey along with a metallic taste.

Pour is a bright orange with a nice sized white head. Aroma is faintly hoppy but its there. Flavor is very dry, hoppy and musty. I do get some citrus in the end along with some bitterness. Good beer for those who like hops but not to the extreme as some other beers.

An organic ale? I like the idea. However, the execution is not the best. This beer has a very dry, almost musty taste to it. Enough hops, and the hop flavour is pretty good. Head retention not so great. Aroma a bit winey/alcoholic, and not very hoppy suprisingly. Medium bodied, but adequate. This one would benefit greatly from a bit more body - a few more organc unfermentable crystal malts would be nice. Still very drinkable, tasty..

Medium orange color. Small white sized foamy head. Aroma is malt and grapefruity hops. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are fruity, sweet and a touch bready. Hops are grapefruity and piney, with a medium bitterness. Nicely balanced. A mild tasting and very average IPA. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

(22 oz bottle, $3) Ah, an organic beer. See? Drinking beer CAN be healthy! Sadly, I’ve yet to have a certified organic beer that was anything other than just an average beer for its style, and this beer continues that generalization. This is a balanced, but mild flavored IPA, with a somewhat bready, somewhat roasty maltiness and a moderate hops bitterness. Medium in body. Mildly bready aroma, slightly hoppy, but also slightly sour. Medium amber in color with plenty of carbonation bubbles rising to the surface. Light tan head has a nice size after the pour, and retention is actually quite good, holding a modest layer until I’ve consumed the beer. Lacing is quite good as well, with large, dense rings on the glass.

Cloudy orange-copper color with a large frothy head that leaves some lacing in my glass, citrus and bready aroma. Hoppy fruity and caramel flavors with a mild hop bite, medium body with a creamy soft mouthfeel, finishes with a clean and pleasant bitterness, a decent and average IPA.
