Bottle... Poured burnt orange with a slightly off-white head. Leafy, aromatic hops on the nose. Carbonation is mild and there some acidic fruity/floral flavors here that are followed my hops which give way to caramel malt finish.

Pours amber with small off-white head and good lacing. Aroma is resinous floral hops. Taste is bitter pine hops with a rich enough maltiness to give this a bit of creaminess. Hops win the battle as expected. Not as crisp as some of the best IPAs. Pretty bold for an organic product.

Bomber. This is one of the most bland IPA’s I have had. The aroma is minimal and the flavor has no distinct hop taste. Very bland beer, might even pour it out all together and open something better.

Pours a nice copper color with a small white head. No real hop aroma, really subdued. Flavor is some nice malt with a slight hoppiness. Not enough for me for an IPA. But a decent beer overall.

Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Pours out in a crystal clear pale amber colour with a huge rocky white foam. Rather hoppy but not enough aromatic nose of straw, grapefruit and licorice. Medium bodied with notes of cookies, straw, leaves and grapefruit. Very clean mouthfeel. Medium-bitter finish of grass, currant-leaves and late grapefruit. Decent IPA.

22 oz bottle via Capital Market. Been meaning to try this one for awhile but just never got around to it. Pours a hazy copper with a small beige head. The nose is caramel, fusel alc, and citrus hops. It tastes just like it smells with some added cheesiness, and vegetables. Stale hops perhaps? Also a bit of diacetyl . Body is medium, carbonation just right. I think the recipe is fine, just the quality control issues that need to get worked out?
