Caramel. Orange-copper body with a tan, creamy head. Taste is strongly bitter, pine sans the resin with less citrus than expected and a nice, rounded woody finish. Dry and earthy with a mild grassy note. Papery hops. Light astringency takes her down a notch. Medium body with pervasive hoppiness but a good semblance of balance. Aroma – Light pale malts with a nice subtle hops aroma.
Appearance – Light golden pale in color, clear with a little head.
Flavor – A very nice easy drinking pale ale this was a great beer. Good flavor and had some nice subtle hops.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, good texture finished very dry.
Overall – A very nice organic beer this was one of the better beers for the day.

The nose is bright and grassy with a touch of orange peel and malt. The flavor is sunny with a bright floral hop note and a muted maltiness. The finish is clean and grassy. Good pale ale, right in the middle.
