Beautiful red-orange aroma and nice head. This is quite nice. A good hoppiness at the start and it has enough bite at the finish. Some bittering hops seem to prevail, but in reality this is quite nice, and while I don’t remember the IPA, the scores seem to indicate that I prefer this one.

12oz bottle--What a great find! This thing poured a very dark caramel with medium clarity and a very light white head that dissipated quickly. The smell is a good combination of malt and hops, while the taste is more hoppy than malty. It’s hoppy bitterness is apparent on the palate and it is a very drinkable beer. I would highly recommend this brew!

Bottle. Moderate malt and hop aromas of bread, caramel, pine and orange, light leather for the yeast, with pepper and date in the background. Head is huge, rocky, off-white with excellent lacing and is fully lasting. Color is slightly hazy, amber/orange. Flavor sarts slightly sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is medium, slick and has a lively carbonation. A great American Pale Ale. Great flavors and aromas, and nice balance throughout.

Bottle: Pours a light amberish color with white head. Very floral hoppy aroma with some carmel malt in there. Flavor is fairly malty for a pale with moderate bitterness but a whole lot of hop flavor at the finish. Lots of floral hops and some citrus as well. Slight acidic sharpness. Medium bodied. Quite nice.

Poured a hazey golden-orange colour with a fluffy, creamy off white head. Aroma was semi sweet, with honey, flowers, pine, hops and grapefruit notes. Taste was light, well carbonated and citrusy with well integrated hop flavor. Finishes very smooth.

12 oz bottle. Pours dark copper with no head. Subtle sweet caramel malt aroma with grapefruit notes. Flavor is similiar. Light to medium mouthfeel with a nice long bitter finish. Decent APA.

Nice aroma of grapefruit and caramel. Amber color. Minimal white head. Thin to medium body with almost chewy carbonation. Starts with caramel or better, and is quickly balanced with that grapefruit hop. At the finish there’s a short burst of kiwi fruit. Then it’s dry and persistingly and pleasantly bitter. Could pass for an IPA.
