Jul 11, 2006 fresh, hoppy, lemon, sweetart aroma. a great looking gold beer with awesome bubbly lacing. flavor of tropical fruits and lots of fresh hops. a little light on the malts though. anyway i still loved it.

Jul 1, 2006 This pours a slightly hazed straw body with lively carbonation, yet with a slender head. The aroma is light grainy malts with a rather pungent grassy bitterness. The latter remains strong throughout the drink, burying the malt. Jun 17, 2006 Bottle: Hazy yellow, moderate to large frothy white head, spotty lacing, mild carbonation. Grassy nose, some straw and earthy aspects. Picks up soil and bitter earthy aspects on the tongue. Feels unsweetened, or should I say it needs some sweetness because of its dry bitter back-end. Moderate body and mouthfeel. A bit of earthy bitterness lingers after the finish. Not as clean as others, but still fairly decent.

Jun 12, 2006 12 oz bottle. Hazy pale golden beer, tight white head. Great spicy Saaz aroma, herbal and perfumy. Very fresh smelling with lemony citrus and crisp pale malts. Really great aroma. Flavour is also quite hoppy, herbal spiciness, loads of Saaz flavour over a clean pale malt backbone. A bit of diacetyl as it warms which is most unfortunate, because everything else was really damn good. Soft, but insistent, bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel. Much better than I was expecting.

May 23, 2006 (12oz bottle) White head atop hazy lemon yello body. Aroma is medium sweet, grassy, some cereal, light butter. Taste is medium sweet, grassy -- nice bitterness. Crisp light body.

May 17, 2006 Bottle sample at the St Louis Microfest: Very biscuity nose on this hazy yellow pale beer. This is like a sugar cookie in a glass. Tangy malt. An OK beer.

May 7, 2006 Pours super light, even for a pilsner, with a white frothy head. Aroma is grassy hops with absolutely no malt and a bit of astringency. The body is downright light with a large amount of CO2. The flavor is overly grassy, no floral or spicy tones here, just grass. The finish is mildly botter and grainy with an underlying astringency.
