Mild dough-pepper aroma with a smooth crisp taste and a peppery grassy hoppy finish.

Yellow straw color with a taller stable, milk colored head. Interesting lace as bigger bubbles reside on the sides as the head eventually settles. Scents of light pale malt, lemon zest and herbal noble hops. Fruity lemony sweetness in the flavors along with some grassy hops that come in mid gulp. Somewhat dry finish with a little wood and toasted malt. Linger gets quite acidic. Actually has a few pils tendencies.

The organic aspect of this beer really sapped all of the flavor out of the pilsner. The traditional finish was overshadowed by the Butte brewing taste.

Hazy, very pale body with a tiny white head. The nose is moderately sweet with a wet graininess, grassy hops and cotton candy. The flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter with herbs, lots of grass, lemon, light corn and DMS. Medium/light body is watery with moderate carbonation.

Mild DMS and straw nose. Grassy and corny palate with high carbonation. More DMS in the finish.

12oz bottle. Poured a medium and cloudy yellow color with a small sized white head. Aromas of wet grass, lemons, and bananas. Tastes of grass, lighter bananas, and citrus. Thinner body.

Bottle. Thin carbonated pale yellow. Half inch porous white head. Interesting aroma. I get a trace of sourness, banana, vanilla and wood. Tasty sharp bitter beer. A bit of that vanilla and banana followed by a very hoppy lemon.
