Not much on aroma, i can hardly get anything, maybe a little chocolate? Taste is very porter-ey, roasted malts with chocolate and coffee. Medium body, a little thin for a good porter, not hops present at all. Very drinkable, but not memoriable. Palidor19 (1798), Brandon, Florida, USA

Pours a dark black with no light coming through. Tasted good with notes of chocolate and coffee neither outweighing the other. I’m interested to try another beer from this company. Smells like a snickerdoodle cookie; all cinnamon and sugar. Great brown/red colour with decent lacing... even in a plastic cup! Nice coffee flavour with a slight chocolate hit with a bitter and tart finish. DuffMan (2786), the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 13, 2007 Dark mahogany brown, clear, thin tan cap. Chocolatey aroma prevails. Chocolate malt with a hint of pear juice sweetness and a bitter finish. Hard mouthfeel from too much carbonation. Not a bad porter. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA
