[Eyes] DeepDark&Brownie color. Foamy brownie head. [Nouse] Coffee, Caramel, and sugar... [Mouth] Gentile body and moderate carbonation. Flavor was coffee and candy and flower. Cheers!

Malty, a little chocolate, a little coffee, not at all complex, very boring, would not buy again

bottle. Pours thin and clear brown, but settles to a nice deep dark color with a small tan head. Aroma is foremost of coffee, dark chocolate, and hops. Palate is a little on the thin side. Flavor on front-palate is sweet, a swirling mixture of dark chocolate, cocoa, and mild. Mid palate features more malt. Finishes still full of chocolate, but some hops also are thrown in the mix. Overall, I enjoyed the flavor of this brew, but found the mouthfeel to be a bit empty

Pour produces a near-black colour with a thin tan head that fades quickly. No lacing is left. The nose is characterized by medium-roasted malts, milk chocolate, caramel, coffee and pepper. The flavour is a bit weak and the body a bit thin. There are flavours of stale coffee, bitter dark chocolate, pine-like bitter hops, mild caramel, gram cracker, cola and no real fruity notes to be detected. The mouthfeel is fizzy and thin, making it drinkable, but certainly not robust or ’full bodied.’ For an organic, this is pretty good, but not so much much when compared to the greats.

Poured dark almost black, tan head. Has the basic components of a porter, some roasted coffee, chocolate, slight toffee, but they are on the mild side. Good carbonation and drinkable. A porter "light" of sorts. Maybe all those hormones and fertilizers and steroids make for a more robust flavor.

This porter was really not impressive. It was rather weak in the aroma, taste and mouthfeel. Not a bad taste, but just not what I would expect in a porter.

Pours black/brown with a small, fizzy light brown head. Smells of sweet caramel, toffee, and mild roast. Sweet smelling. The flavor is of graham crackers, licorice, and caramel malt. Tastes a bit organic, if that has a taste, but overall drinks pretty nice. medium-bodied, but pretty full on flavor. Not bad, better than I was expecting actually.
