22oz Bottle: Poured into a pint glass. Deep copper in color with some clarity and a thick, consistent creamy tan head which left a thin lacing. This stuff is beautifully aromatic. Has a fruity sweet hoppyness. Apricots, resiny, notes of caramel malt, mint, seems West Coast-like. Nice creamy body, with a strong malt accent; without being sweet or syrupy. Rye bread and chewy roasty caramel come off from the malt back. The hops are lively and fruty. There’s nice resins and oils, which give a tasty balance of Apricot fruityness and a minty bite in the dry long finish. A very solid and quaffable IIPA.

Bottle. Sweet crystal malt and citrusy/ resiney hop notes. Medium copper color. Toasted & sweet malt flavor with spicey hop finish. Viscous dextrinous body. Could be drier. Cloying.

One of the nicest IIPAs ive ever seen - smooth, thick malt body with lots of woody hop and dry grapefuit essence heavily influencing the finish. Nicely bittered and not overpowering in any aspect, heavy hop flavor backed well by the malt and a smooth rounded bitterness- I can not believe this is organic,.

Bottle: Poured deep hazy orange color with a 2 finger off white head, slightly orange white head. Not a lot of aroma surprisingly. Typical citrus and equal parts malt aroma. The flavor is strong with hops at the forefront but a very nice malty backbone. Definitely get more of an orangey citrus flavor than the usual grapefruit. Slight lingering bitterness. Very good balance for an Imperial IPA.

Clear amber colour with a dense beige head. Hoppy, pine bitter aroma with fruity notes and hnts of some malts. Light malty, caramel sweet flavor with hoppy, pine notes. Dry sweet finish.

As far as organic beers go, this is easily my favorite so far. Most organic beers so far have been extremely boring and lifeless, but this one grabs you by the tongue and screams DRINK ME! Pours out a rusty orange/burnt copper color with a nice two-finger head which melted away at a nice pace. Aroma is nicely hopped with the biggest hop aroma being a piney aroma, but there was some lingering grapefruits as well. Great caramel nose too. Flavor was hoppy also, with pine and citrus being prominent with a sweet malt kick near the end and a slight alcohol bite. Nothing overpowering with this IIPA. It’s incredibly drinkable like an IPA but dangerous as hell at 9%.
