Dark red/copper body, clear, and a nicely formed, lasting white head. Hoppy, yet sweet, honey-malted aroma. Grassy and very herbal. The flavor is also pleasantly herbal. It is filled with a complex blend of bitter and aromatic hops. The alcohol leaves a very nice warmning sensation, but it is not "hot". Nice.

Clear copper pour, with a well-sustained head - nice blend of aromatic hops in the aroma - quite a nice flavor overall, especially for an organic beer - not abrasively hoppy like many iipas get, but a nice, full hop flavor that is well-balanced by a mild sweetness - medium-bodied and quite smooth for the style - spicy, herbal, earthy hops that are smooth going down - what more could you ask for? - well, okay, it could use a little more body, but other than that this is pretty good.

Pours glowing deep orange/amber with thick off-white head - a very slight haze. Beer smells strongly of bitter and flowery hops, sweet malts, honey, and caramel and has slight notes of maple and fruit (some citrus). Flavor starts bitter sweet with heavy malts and caramel arriving in the middle of the flavor with some strong hop flavor, too. Beer finishes full-bodied, well balanced (very sweet and also very hoppy), with a sticky, bitter after-taste. The mouthfeel is very full-bodied, but lightened by the carbonation to not be too heavy or syrupy. Aroma and flavor both do a great job of hiding the strength - but you can feel the alcohol as it warms the throat as you swallow, and you can taste it on your breath when you breathe out.

Copper/amber appearance with a decent white head which thins out pretty quickly. Aroma is fairly strong hops. Flavor is of those hops mainly a floral and citrus variety. A fairly big hop presence without being overpowering. Pretty drinkable and enjoyable. Maybe not the most awe-inspiring IIPA, but its pretty damn good all the same.

From the 22oz bottle. I haven’t been to impressed with many of their beers so far, but this one really supprised me. Very nice organic IIPA. The hops were really nice and floral with a great citrus tone and grapefruit finish. Some IIPAs that try to be really big get harsh and have a unpleasent bite with the bittering hops, but this just felt smooth and packed with flavoring hops, had a nice sweetness that kicked up the drinkability. This is one of the few IIPAs that I can actually not struggle through more then a pint of.

Small but firm tan head, good retention, lace is sticky and lasting. Lightly hazy copper/orange appearence. Big hoppy nose, pine, grapefruit and peaches. Body is large, palate is oily and hop resiny. Grapefruit and orange flavors with a strong caramel malt backing. Nicely fruity with with a massive hop bite. Finish is sorta sweet, hoppy and resiny. Nicely put together. Props to SDbruboy and footbalm for the bombers!

Bottle, from trade with jimbowwod. Good nose, sweet at first, pine & orange, with pronounced high abv scent. As it warmed the grapefruit became more apparent. Nice hazed brownish orange, small head (poured kind of slow though) and good lacing. Bitter flavor, a real citrus bitterness. Again abv also strong. Medium body, lite oily creamy mouthfeel, bitter hot finish. Don’t know why the ABV thing bugged me with this one. I’ve had plenty others like it, but didn’t make me particulary excited about it

Bottle from liquidsolutions.biz. Pours a clear copper with beige foamy head. There is no mistake that this is an IIPA. Loads of hops in the nose, loads. But there is a good balance with malt here. Almost like they tossed a few gallons of Barley Wine in here as it has some toffee and fruits on the tastebuds.
