22 OZ Bottle via Liquid Solutions. Pours a hazy dark amber color with a small bubble filled head. Aroma is fruity and a bit yeasty, with orange, pear, a little butterscotch and a bit of alcohol. And yes, this is one of those that tastes just like it smells with some added resiny pine....yummy stuff! Starts out with some molasses and butterscotch, then some orange, pear, and grapefruit, and finishes with an alcohol laden caramel/grapefruit/pine team that is well balanced and works together. Very malty finish but the hops come back to haunt nicely in the aftertaste. Nice bitter/bittersweet aftertaste that lingers just the right amount of time. Is full bodied, almost but not quite syrupy, and well carbonated and very smooth for a Double IPA. This is a great 10th anniversary Imperial IPA! What that mess called Stone 10th should have been...

Amber-orange with a diminishing head. Pefect bitter, piney, grapefruit flavor and a very smooth, medium body. This is one of my all time favorites. Need to keep this one in stock. Enjoyed this one at Immy’s tasting.

A powerful Double/Imperial IPA this one is. Pours dark brown with lots of carbonation and leads to a nice thick head. There is a slight amber hue to it. GOes down very smooth with a thick lasting IPA hoppy taste. Flavor is excellent. Worth a try no doubt, a little pricy though.

Bottle bought at Ledger’s Liquors, in Berkeley. At first it pouring rather flat, but after a short bit it created a nice frothy head that lasted for a short bit. dark orangy/brown in color. Nice hoppy aroma, not dominated by any particular hop. Knocked off one point here since I thought it would be nice if it was every so slightly more aromatic. Hop flavor is clean. There’s an orangy-spicy flavor. Very pleasant. Orangy flavor stays on the palate in the aftertaste, though not overly bitter. Alcoholly taste starts to appear after beer warms a slight bit. No doubt I’d buy this bottle again! If you can get it DO IT, espcially if you like IPAs. Even if you don’t you might after having this one. And on top of this, its organic? Sweet!!

22oz bottle. Pint glass. Pours wonderfully honey red amber, with a dense, tightly packed tan head. Even before you put yourt nose to the beer, the hops hit you: Sticky, resiny pine hops right up front, with great floral and citrus notes, just superb. The flavor follows through where the nose leaves off with a punch of citrus and pine and coats the mouth with hops, however balances with the caramel, toffee, dried fruit, honey malt and earthy, herbal hop flavors. YUM! Finishes with more fresh hop bittering, caramel sweetness.. Just delicious!

One of the nicest IIPAs ive ever seen - smooth, thick malt body with lots of woody hop and dry grapefuit essence heavily influencing the finish. Nicely bittered and not overpowering in any aspect, heavy hop flavor backed well by the malt and a smooth rounded bitterness- I can not believe this is organic,.

A thunderous whopping balst of hops emenate from this ckoudy tan brew, but its sweet malty caramel flavor does a great job of reigning in the ample hoppiness and creating an full flavored palate treat. Bitterness is strong and lingering with ample resiny character. The nose is piney and the brew leaves ample ragged lacing on the glass. High in alcohol and flavor and definitely not for the weak of heart, this brew still manages a nice balance and is well crafted and tart, leaving the taste buds yearning for more. Outstanding!

Pours glowing deep orange/amber with thick off-white head - a very slight haze. Beer smells strongly of bitter and flowery hops, sweet malts, honey, and caramel and has slight notes of maple and fruit (some citrus). Flavor starts bitter sweet with heavy malts and caramel arriving in the middle of the flavor with some strong hop flavor, too. Beer finishes full-bodied, well balanced (very sweet and also very hoppy), with a sticky, bitter after-taste. The mouthfeel is very full-bodied, but lightened by the carbonation to not be too heavy or syrupy. Aroma and flavor both do a great job of hiding the strength - but you can feel the alcohol as it warms the throat as you swallow, and you can taste it on your breath when you breathe out.
