Bottle from Belmont Party. Poured clear copper color with medium off-white fizzy head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate sour citrus hoppy aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable brew.

Bomber. Poured translucent brighter orange with a short cap of white head. The aroma picked up soft bready and caramel notes with vibrant citrusy and grassy accents.. smelled at the back like it may have a boozy bite. The flavor had an almost syrupy caramel base with moderate-to-high grapefruit and piney bitterness surrounding.. not bad, but nothing really popped. Medium-bodied with lower carbonation on the palate.. I didn’t much care for the long bitter finish that didn’t have any real flavor behind it.. aiight overall.

Bottle:   Reddish caramel, very hazy, large fluffy off-white head, enjoyable lacing.   Malt oriented nose, very slight graininess.   Very little hop presense, if any.   Hmmm... on first sip I noticed that for an Organic its not as earthy/grainy as I have come to expect.   Its actually a bit malty, with a soft hop background.   This one is pretty easy to drink, and certainly a bit better than I expected.   Well rounded, feels fairly hefty for a Pale Ale.   Paler than most, er ligher perhaps, not as hop oriented, but I am a stickler about North West Pale Ales.   Its actually more appealing that its not all that grainy.   Decent little offering.

Bomber from Bottle Barn; Nose of grassy hops; Lightly hazed copper with a big yellowish head that slowly receded and heavily laced the glass; flavor of hop bitterness balanced by light caramel with the finish staying lightly bitter. Not a hop bomb but good in both malts and hops!

Appearance: Pours a clear, dark copper body with a full, foamy, whiteish head. Smell: Biscuity malt nose with just a touch of caramel and notes of spice and citrus blossoms. Taste: Toasty biscuity maltiness with a light, restrained caramel sweetness. Spicy, lightly citrus hop character with a medium amount of bitterness. Spicy, drying finish with just a tiny bit of lingering bitterness. Mouthfeel: Just barely medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: A fine, refreshing, very drinkable pale ale. Plus, don’t you care about the fishies at all you heartless monsters?
