Commercial Description:
This is what a real European Pilsner would taste like fresh. With German and Czech hops, and a blend of the finest Belgium and American barley, this is what a true pilsner should really taste like.

Dms and diacetyl nose with a faint layer of hops. Cream corn and grain husk palate. Dms laden finish.

At Hops in Humboldt 2007 it poured a nice clear golden color with thick head and good lacing. Nose of malts and hops and a smooth mouthfeel. Flavor was slightly bitter and so was the finish. Very enjoyable to drink even if not complex.

NorCal tasting Apr 07 - First whiff of this and you get creamed corn, lots of soap and a touch of light hops. Appearance is light golden in color, small bubbles and a one-finger rocky white head. Flavor was lightly fruity, refreshing but the astringent factor made it hard to enjoy. Nothing really I’d recommend.

Pours and looks like lemonade. Smells sour, wheaty and a little bit like soap. Head is bubbly and diminishing. Has a very fresh, crisp bite with a banana-peel lasting bitterness.
