| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 4, 2006 Deep malty aroma with some hop. Decent brown color and a quickly disappearing head. Starts with carbonation and some coffee/chocolate. Some sort of nutty aspect midway, and it smooths out impressively towards the finish. The end seems to be light coffee with noticeable hop. Subsequent sips seem to have a bit of light pluminess. Quite good. sheatripper (863), Brooklyn, New York, USA
