| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 25, 2003 Malty aroma, with plenty of caramel sweetness and breadiness and earthiness, along with some faintly fruity hop. Strangely, this aroma would not be out of place on a doppelbock. Medium red-amber color, clear, with a creamy head. Malty, rounded profile, with caramel and brown sugar sweetness, met by a small amount of leafy, vegetative hops at the finish. Hint of carrot-y flavor(?!). Lingering malt sweetness with low bitterness overall. Easy-drinking. ENTROPY (141), Terra Bella, California, USA

My guess is that someone else is brewing it now. Hazy copper body topped by medium beige head. Aroma is medium sweet, butterscotch, floral, raisin, caramel, light grapefruit. Taste is sweet, caramel, floral, light raisin. Light-medium body, some stickiness. On a personal note, hard to believe my rating is the same as it was five years ago (pre-Ratebeer). (6/3/5/3/11)
Tasting Notes from Fall 2000: Not very complex, fairly smooth with mild bitterness. So-so,
but nice and cool on a warm day. (5/3/6/3/11) Gusler (2655), Tucson, Arizona, USA
