CaptainCougar (4663), Rockville, Maryland, USA Dec 2, 2007 12oz can: Pours a cloudy amber orange with a large, frothy white head. Aroma of sweet malted wheat and authentic bready German yeast with a touch of lemony citrus. Body starts with good thickness and a sugary wheat flavor with some mild clove and banana esters. Finishes with some light bitterness, and good balance. A pretty nice and true to style Hefeweizen. hopdog (4645), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 26, 2007 12oz can. Poured a medium and cloudy / murky yellow-golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of bananas, wheat, and some lemons. Tastes of stronger wheat with some bananas. The aromas were decent for a Hefe, but the tastes fell short and were on the weak side. Thinner body.
