12 oz bottle (Beer of the month beer thanks to Pam). Nothing too special on the aroma, but a good amount of creamy sweet fruit candy sugars, also pale grain malts, some caramel, and grassy hops. Some wispy white head on the pour, but nothing too enticing with a amber red color, and fairly light appearing body. Not as much candy sweetness in the flavor, but definitely has a distinct sugary feel to it. Light flavors overall and not unbalanced, just some of the flavors seem slightly off, or just don’t go perfectly together. Other notes similar to the aroma, but they muddle together a bit. Overall, this beer showed some promise in areas, but just didn’t come together perfectly well in the end. That said, its still not a bad beer, and is quite drinkable with some decent flavor floating around.

Appearance - light brown, fluffy head, excellent lacing;
Taste - mild malt front, basic hop back, slightly bitter finish;
Palate - somewhat crisp, decent body;
Overall - good for the style, easy drinking yet flavorful.

Dec 4, 2009 Bottle thanks to Cavie. Pours a clear, light amber with off-white head. Aroma of malt, faint honey, light fruit. Flavor is kinda watered down, some malt and honey with some light fruit. Mouth feel is watery, medium body, medium carbonation. Overall, nothing to write home about.

Nov 16, 2009 Bottle thanks to cavie. The smell is caramel, sweet, malts, and good. The taste is sweet, nuts, and malts. The look is clear, copper in color, and has an off white head.

Aroma: Smells of mostly yeasty malts and some earth like notes
Appearance: A clear dark orange color with a fizzy off-white head (mild retention)
Flavor: Somewhat balanced flavor, leaning more toward the malty side
Palate: It has a nice mouthfeel, medium dryness, mildly thin and highly smooth
Overall Impression:
This makes for a decent beer, nothing super exciting, but it hits the mark for a drinkable and simple session brew. If you are looking for something with a lot of complexity, this is not the right beer, but what it is trying to be it does a pretty solid job.

Nov 6, 2009 Beer of the month. Had a nice copper body with a white head that had some retention. Aroma had a nice malt note to it. Some sweet notes and some almost biscuity notes. Flavor was similar but did have a delicate hope bite at the end. A little thin on the palate, but carbonation was minimal. A nice session ale, but not out of this world.
