This smooth drinking beer is brewed specially for our Island neighbors. Inspired by the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, this marvelous crisp, refreshing brew has a flavor that will satisfy your thirst as well as your palate.

clear, orangey/amber color, little head, light carbonation, aroma is fruity – oranges, with some hop and malt aromas as well; flavor has more bitterness than expected, a light orange fruit flavor, very light hints of malt and an average hop presence

Clear orange color, citrus nose, metal taste (perhaps it's my ringwood yeast detector) ends blah. Buzzards Bay is one of less inspiring Massachusetts brewers.

It says it's inspired by Martha's Vinyard and Nantucket. i've lived in Massachusetts my whole life (well, except fot now) and i've never been to the islands, so i can't rightly say if this is a proper representation of the Vineyard and 'Tucket. nice somewhat hoppy aroma to it. the flavor isn't overwhelming at all...in fact it's more subtle. i agree with the description in that it is very smooth.

A pretty decent beer from buzzard’s bay. I’m guessing this is an amber or golden ale. It’s not especially hoppy, and pretty light bodied. A decent beer for heatwave drinking, but I wouldn’t make a habit out of this style.
