Bottle. Pours clear gold with a persistent and lacy white head. Typical pilsner nose. Light body and active carbonation. Taste starts lightly sweet with some biscuit and herbal notes. Bitter dry finish.

A friend brought this for me from Cape Cod. Yellow-golden color, completely lucid, with a small head. Aroma is corn-y with grassy hops and white bread biscuit maltiness. Taste has NO corn (hooray) but clean lagered malt with a very nice clean, lightly mineral, very refreshing brisk flavor. Some almost apple juice faint flavor at the end to add a dimension of sweetness. Very refreshing finish and makes the beer extremely quaffable. Some above average carbonation rounds it off to add to the refreshing aspect of the beer.
Bottled on 7 122 (??? beats me..??)
12oz bottle, flute-like Grolsch glass.

Not a huge fan of this category, but got to give credit where it’s due. Dark golden color with great carbonation. Dry with good hop concentration and very crisp. It went down well.

Pretty good pilsner. Very dry. Good clean finish. Best when the beer’s very cold and the day is very hot.

Light hop aroma. Odd in that it’s very coating. Hops are very present in the finish. Pretty drinkable, but the heaviness is almost too much.

Golden pour with a foamy white head and some active carbonation streamers. Grainy aroma with a bit of yeast. Tastes pretty good. Saaz are pretty pronounced and crisp/fresh. High on the sweetness scale for a pils. Finish is very bitter and more lingering sweetness. Musty aftertaste. Pretty fair.

Pours transparent gold with foamy white head and lots of carbonation. The aroma is yeasty and reminds me of a cold basement, but not in a bad way. Nothing special, or bad, about the taste. Nicely bitter, which lasts in the mouth. Normal mouthfeel.

Bottle from microbrew of the month club. Better than average (including macros). Average white head. Pours a slight yellow and a hay aroma. Moderate hoppy flavor.
