Cask, Occasional;
A pleasant mahogany coloured best bitter, malt predominating, gives a satisfying fullness of flavour. A glass or two of "Nessie's Monster Mash" is a must before seeking an audience with the monster. The legendary monster is a source of constant speculation and rumour as he watches from his lair deep in the dark and mysterious depths of majestic Loch Ness.

Cask@GBBF2008. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is caramel, nectarine, fudge, some nice fruityness. Flavour is hops grass, mild notes of wood and also some smooth caramel malts.

Cask at GBBF 08. Amber with a toffee malt aroma and similar flavour. Soft palate. Decent enough beer.

Cloudy dark amber withm medium beige head. Sweet aroma with notes of plums, caramel and toasted malt. Flavor likewise with a sweet mild hoppy finish.
