Info: 500ml bottle, 1/3-2007, 154/500 kmacphail (29), Isle of Lewis, Scotland Jun 4, 2008 This is lovely!!!! Why oh why can we not get this anywhere????? I bought a case of this on my visit to the Cairngorm brewery and it has become one of my favourite beers, but the only place that I can get it is from the brewery direct. A beautiful mahogany ale with a nice dark head. Roasted malts and caramel dominate the taste with a slightly lingering aftertaste of fruit. Very drinkable and has an excellent body, this is the class all beers should aspire to, great. Lunkie (1006), Glen Iris, Australia May 17, 2008 Sweet malt hop aroma.
