Bottle. Low and quickly disappearing fluffy light brown head. Clear red brown body. Mild malty fruity caramel aroma. Pretty carbonated berries flavor with a bit of caramel. More bitter than indicated by the aroma. Short aftertaste. More tasty than expected.

This is lovely!!!! Why oh why can we not get this anywhere????? I bought a case of this on my visit to the Cairngorm brewery and it has become one of my favourite beers, but the only place that I can get it is from the brewery direct. A beautiful mahogany ale with a nice dark head. Roasted malts and caramel dominate the taste with a slightly lingering aftertaste of fruit. Very drinkable and has an excellent body, this is the class all beers should aspire to, great.
