Oct 13, 2007 on tap-pours a thin white head and yellow/gold color. Aroma is medium malt-caramel, secondary citrus hops. Taste is medium malt-caramel, secondary citrus/flat hops. Mild carbonation.

Oct 8, 2007 On tap at the brewery. Pours golden yellow with a soft white head. I think this has chinook hops in it also cause it had a bit of the aroma that I don’t care for so much. Hops went from citrus to a light herbal hop quality. Body was lighter on the palate, just a small touch of malts for the big NW pale hop additions.
