Aroma – Lots of chili aroma. With some nice malt background.
Appearance – Golden in color, Nice light head and clear.
Flavor – Deep Chili flavor with a kick at the end. This really had some good chili flavor. Not much else a good festive beer for the party crowd. Cinco De Mayo for sure.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, good texture with a Hot fiery finish.
Overall – Party beer for the big crowds and this will give you a hot mouth and wanting ore cold beer. This is a one time drink beer.

Feb 13, 2008 Draft @ KLCC Microbrew Festival: Pours an unassuming clear copper with a small head. Nose is full of spicey, peppery aromas. Ahhh, then the taste. A wonderful blend of the aforementioned peppers followed by immediate heartburn. I wanted to try this just to say that I did and well, I did.

Oct 13, 2007 on tap-pours a thin white head and yellow/gold color. Aroma is chili. Taste is mild burning chili with staying power, medium malt. Mild carbonation. Interesting.

Apr 6, 2007 Updated: Apr 8, 2007Draft at portland Spring beer and wine fest. This beer poured an amber copper color with 1/2 a finger white head. Good aroma of malt and fresh peppers. The flavor starts off malty and then you get the green pepper flavor. The hops are barely noticeable. Tastes exactly like green peppers though. Spice builds up after awhile, not overwhelming but pretty strong. Wish this had more complexity or some other kind of peppers other than the green kind. I did not like this beer but it seems good for what it is supposed to be. It tastes just like green hot peppers.
