Aroma is dark malt-chocolate, molasses, some sweet. Taste is dark malt—chocolate, molasses/some coffee-some sweet, oatmeal, some acidic/hops bitterness. Mild carbonation. DA (2261), Portland, Oregon City, Oregon, USA Oct 8, 2007 On tap at the brewery. While the name.. well could be taken the wrong way, the beer was very good. In my opinion the best beer on their year-round menu. Pours very dark brown with a strong beige head. Big roasty chocolate flavors, hints of plum and coffee toward the finish. Rich and smooth stout with a great balance to it.
