This is Bavaria!!! Spot on!!! Obvious German malts and hops. The yeast is super clean and obviously cold fermented and lagered. I think anyone who has spent time in southern Germany would swear this Helles came from there.

On tap at the Horsebrass pub, pours a light golden with a medium smooth white head. Nice light refreshing brew with a solid malt body and smooth hop finish very clean throughout. Hops had a light citrus and grassy quality. This was a little bit lighter bodied than most other bocks i’ve had.
