On tap @ Lompoc - A satisfying hop bite, mustard seeds, and a light malt body, with a smooth creamy mouthfeel and alot of dense bready flavors throughout, some corn and grass round out the finish.

On tap. Very clear gold color, little head. Very smooth. Crisp corn flavor. nothing compicated here. If you like Pilsener this is a good one.

On tap at the Horsebrass Pub. Pours very clear golden with a medium white head. Very crisp pilsner with a nice hop finish, but i was a bit unhappy with the cornish taste in the middle and the low carbonation that gave this brew a bit to much heaviness for a pilsner for my tastes. I would liked a bit more carbonation to give it some more refreshing life.

Golden color, small white head. Grainy, lemony hop aroma. Lighlty malty with some lemon and grassy flavors. Moderately bitter finish with some light fruity notes. I get the benefit of drinking this fresh which I think benefits this and most other caldera beers.

Tap @ New Old Lompoc for RBSG 04’
Golden color with a little film of head & lacing. Aroma of light hops, watery & bland. The flavor is bland, some malts and adjuncts, eh. Very mainstream lager taste.
