Can from LCBO . Decent creamy head, amber brew. Clean earthy, malty balance. Quiet drinkable ale. Good hop/malt balance. I might have another one.

Bottle from Waitrose. A brown colour with fluffy head, sparkling. Aroma is sweet, malty with a touch of fruit sourness. To taste it is medium bodied malt, fruit, rather sweet and some tree bark. Over carbonated and has a flat palate, average boiled bitter.

had it in a can, fairly bland, just a classic bitter with no hoppy bite, just a bitter finish. Great looking amber colour, minimal head, a good beer if you are starting off your international beer tour, but don’t put too much stock into this one. It’s good but not great.

(Rating #496)
