Clear dark amber color, creamy off-white head. Hazel nutty aroma. Nutty, a bit sweetish, malty flavor. Leads to nutty-oily aftertaste with some hops. Crisp carbonation. Pleasant session beer, but a bit empty to get better score.

Bottle. A light malty smell of fresh bread. A medium sized white creamy-frothy head which is normal long lasting. The body is dark red-orange, quite sparkling. The taste is light bitter and very dry in the mouth, the duration is medium. The body is also medium with a dry texture and a rather lively carbonation.

Draught, December 2007. An amber pour. I smell caramel, grass and plum perhaps. The flavour is full caramel malt, sweet with a slight bitter finish.

[From the archives!] Caramel malty aroma, not big though. Interesting flavour where roasted malts and hops provide backbone to the crystal malts (damn, how clever I would pretend to be). Fine brew and looks lovely.

Bottle. Aroma is nutty and a bit sweet. Taste is a bit smokey and earthy with notes of caramel. A bit acid aswell. Nice creamy mouthfeel.
