I tried this beer on October 1, 2009 after purchasing from one of my local LCBO outlets. The beer poured a translucent golden colour with reddish hues, and a thin rocky head that lasted a while. The aroma was biscuity malt with ample hoppage. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was primarily hnoppy with some grass in the mix, and some pleasant spiciness. A very good beer.

Can. It’s really pale, golden in colour with a thin white head of large, disappearing bubbles. There’s some pine and spruce in the aroma, caramel, honey, lemon, dandelion. Mouthfeel is pretty thin with a very slight syrupy element. In the flavour I taste more of the dandelion and woodiness with honey, caramel, water.

500 ml can from LCBO. Pours a clear yellow-orange gold with small, quickly disappearing, soapy white head. Flowery hop aroma with notes of lemon and honey. Flavour is similarly floral, resiny hoppy with some caramel malt and honey sweetness. Crisp finish, fizzy carbonation. Decent.

0.5 l bottle from K-Market Länsiväylä, Jyväskylä. Deep golden color with small head. Floral and resiny English hop aroma with a touch of caramel and lemon. Dryish delicate flavor biscuity maltiness, floral and resiny hops, caramel, medium bitterness and some minerals in the finish. Light bodied and fizzy. Delicate and refreshing. Could have more maltiness, now this is a bit soda like.
