I tried this beer on October 1, 2009 after purchasing from one of my local LCBO outlets. The beer poured a translucent golden colour with reddish hues, and a thin rocky head that lasted a while. The aroma was biscuity malt with ample hoppage. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was primarily hnoppy with some grass in the mix, and some pleasant spiciness. A very good beer. PaulHegedus (468), Georgetown, Ontario, Canada
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Nov 1, 2009 Can. It’s really pale, golden in colour with a thin white head of large, disappearing bubbles. There’s some pine and spruce in the aroma, caramel, honey, lemon, dandelion. Mouthfeel is pretty thin with a very slight syrupy element. In the flavour I taste more of the dandelion and woodiness with honey, caramel, water. liinis (721), Helsinki, Finland
