Golden beer with medium white head. Malts, some sweetness, hint of redberries and overally aroma is peacefull and sophisticated. Cornfield, some grass and citrus fruits in the flavour and in the there are soem dry bitterness. Quite light to drink with balanced carbonation. Quite refresning as label promised but overally basic and unsurprising beer.

Bottle 0,5 l. Pale golden, fizzy head. Nose is fresh, lemony and grassy with a touch of malts. Flavor is easy, a bit citric malty with a nice bitter twist. A bit earthy. Good and fresh, flavorful for it’s ABV.

I tried this beer on October 1, 2009 after purchasing from one of my local LCBO outlets. The beer poured a translucent golden colour with reddish hues, and a thin rocky head that lasted a while. The aroma was biscuity malt with ample hoppage. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was primarily hnoppy with some grass in the mix, and some pleasant spiciness. A very good beer.

Can. It’s really pale, golden in colour with a thin white head of large, disappearing bubbles. There’s some pine and spruce in the aroma, caramel, honey, lemon, dandelion. Mouthfeel is pretty thin with a very slight syrupy element. In the flavour I taste more of the dandelion and woodiness with honey, caramel, water.
