Very citrusy aroma from fermentation with some toffee and a touch of raisin. Clear copper with nice white ring appearance. Very citrusy flavour with a nice caramel ending. Hops flavour is gentle and compliments the citrusy finish nicely. Floral. Well balanced with the bittering too. Medium body and moderate carbonation.

Apr 8, 2007 (Tap @ Salisbury, London, England): Pours a clear golden yellow, somewhat reddish, average head, lasting, creamy. Somewhat hoppy aroma, some malts. Creamy mouthfeel, some hops on the end, but smooth. Sweet malt taste.

Apr 4, 2007 Bottle. Flowery, citrus aroma, light caramel maltiness. Fresh hop flavour predominates, smooth and refreshing with some sweetness adding balance, dry lingering finish. Good summer beer. I wouldn’t call it an IPA though.

Feb 23, 2007 Dark and golden color with small white head. Taste and Aroma of malts, fruits and caramel. A smooth IPA with a hoppy bitterish finish.
