Medium sweetness and bitterness. Strong floral aroma. A bit grassy. Nice Co2 level. Very nice and thirst quenching IPA. Palate is light, thin and quite fizzy. It’s a lot like a lager but there is a large sense of fruit like a lot of the (post)modern ales, but not too over powering. Cool and very refreshing. I’d recomend this to lager drinkers to get them into bitter. maeib (4766), Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 13, 2005 Bottled. A golden coloured beer with a thin veiled white head. The aroma has a ton of unexpected diacetyl which follows through into the taste. Some hoppiness there but it’s spoilt by the diacetyl. Obvioulsy much better cask conditioned.
